Anyone successfully pulled off a DIY battery change on a Polar RS200 wrist unit?
I’ve done it several times. It’s a 2032 battery and 4 little screws, there may be one more inside, it’s been a while. Don’t let the guts fall out on you.

I’ve done mine several times, too.
I took it into Polar the first time - they’re about 10 minutes from where I used to live. They allowed drop off, but wouldn’t let me pick it up, insisted that they had to mail it back to me. Ooookkkk… so it cost me $25 for a $0.50 battery… nope, nope, never again.
Be careful to not damage the rubber seal. I’ve never had a problem with the seal, but I don’t really swim alot with it, either. It survived IMC 2010 no issues.
