Quick question on drink systems.
I am looking at purchasing an aero drink system for training & racing IMAZ. My nutrition plan includes Hammer Perpetuem (mixed thick) and Nuun electrolyte tabs. I currently have a profile bottle, but it’s a pain getting the Nuun tabs into the tank with the mesh cover. Looking at this system shown at http://www.podiumquest.com/, I was thinking I could load the perpetuem mix into the top tank, and use the lower tank for dropping water / Nuun tabs in.
Does anyone have any experience with the Podium system? Can you suck perpetuem ok from the top tank? Do the new, improved lids do a good job stopping splashing?
Other than the aesthetic looks, it seems like a decent idea. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
