Has anyone out there ever had a pinched nerve in their back come along for no definable reason and be so bad that you can’t really run for two months? Would you recommend running to keep your fitness level if it didn’t hurt while you ran? If you have experienced this how long did the pinched nerve last before the inflamation finally subsided and you could get back to normal training?
need a pro to look at it. if it is low back, could be the psoas that is pulling pelvic forward and pinching nerves. complicated area the back. google pelvic tilt, psoas stretches. but get it diagnosed and hope to find a pt that will get you back on track.
go get a script and see your local physical therapist. hopefully someone with some OMT training.
