Pinarello Dogma F vs. Colnago V4Rs

I know the V4Rs just just recently been announced…
But trying to decide between the 2 bikes.
any info is appreciated !!

The Pinarello is sweet.
In my experience it has a terrible ratio of being broken in travel.
With otherwise reliable bike cases.

Had one that was broken 2 out of 3 trips.
And have since heard of 3+ other Dogma’s breaking in travel.

Might be confirmation bias.

And if you aren’t flying a lot, I’d get it. It was a nice ride.

Which car should I buy—a Ferrari or a Lamborghini?
Do you believe that these questions need more context in order to provide great advice?
.

One is made in Taiwan, and costs a lot; the other is… oh wait, scratch that.
Both will probably be very good bikes, if you can afford them.
Get the one that fits and floats your boat. Worth noting that the geo has changed for the v4 over previous generations.
Both will likely only have a 2 year product cycle before it’s “obsolete”, if that’s an issue for you.

Having owned carbon (admittedly older but top end) frames from both brands, I sold the pina as it was dead and uninspiring to ride, and the colnago I rode and rode til the chainstay snapped. Not brand biased but just how i felt when riding them even after a few years.
