Next, none of their riders are in the top 10 over all as of yesterday - Trek has 5, Cervelo has 4. I think they are barely in the top 20.
It’s not about the bike, though, unless you have a Trek or Cervelo.
Would have been a lot cheaper to purchase P2K’s or P3’s and rebadge them. Of course that wouldn’t be the first time this has happened.
It’s more than 9 x 25K, because they had a few more (spares) on the top of the car you could easy double the number not counting the 1-2 left in the Team Van.
I thought most of the Discovery boys were riding the regular “Team Time Trial” (Equinox 11?) frame, with Lance on the TTX, which is the replacement for the current frame. So aren’t most of the Disco boys on publicly available frames, with Lance on a at-some-point-public frame? I could be totally wrong…
Looks like they all had the same frame in the TTT didn’t they? I think Lance had a different disk was all.
Most of Discovery were riding the regular Trek tt frameset. Lance and it looked like 3 others were riding the ttx version. Trek put on a “trek” sticker that was hard to differentiate from the ttx version.
I feel bad for phonak for wasting so much money.
