You might as well ask how many seconds a person can take off their (insert race) by taking (insert product). It’s just as silly. How would anyone measure this with all the other variables?
Ok, I guess I should have clarified. I’m talking about any of the supplement lines WHICH ARE INTENDED TO GO HAND-IN-HAND WITH TRAINING! I.e.: SportsQuest, Hammer Nutrition, etc.

I swear by Coca Cola after > 1hr efforts. It helps me recover and bounce back day after day. I’m in trouble if WADA adds it to the prohibited list.
I eat a giant bowl of Rasin Bran every night before bed. The performance in the morning is nothing short of epic. Consequently I can go about my day like a world champion.
RB rocks and I believe it’s been cleared with WADA.
