People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive

This year it’s Jonathan Bailey

I thought about putting this in the PiL forum because this may cause a stir with some because he’s openly gay.

Honestly, I’d never heard of him but his resume is impressive as hell. His most recent stage credit was for the role of Richard II at the Bridge Theatre this year.

I love the guy because look at that cover shot with his dog!

He’s an objectively beautiful man. I had also never heard of him. My wife said: “Of course he’s gay. There aren’t many straight men that beautiful.”

I support his win! He’s been in Bridgerton, Wicked, and the most recent Jurassic Park iteration, and that’s just in the last few years. He’s an excellent actor (and singer/dancer), and objectively very handsome. The English accent doesn’t hurt, either.

I was rooting for Pedro Pascal again, but JB deserves it. <3

Thanks for the contribution from someone who’s seen his work! I’ve been wanting to see Wicked, so this gives me another reason to look for it on streaming.

My wife, son, his girlfriend and I saw him at the Bridge Theatre this summer. I don’t see many live plays but I enjoyed it and thought he was a fantastic actor.

I did not know who he was before the play, but my wife did.

How cool is that. It just shows how large/diverse the audience is here. I start this thread, and we have a member whose family has seen him live at the Bridge this year, thanks.

Yes, he was a very hot nerdy scientist!

Yeah like I said it was my wife’s idea, so I take no credit for that! I was really glad she made the plans though. It was a neat experience and a fun night out. Definitely a highlight of our trip.

Thanks for the view of the stage inside the Bridge Theatre! That’s not something I’ll soon see.

Your wife planned well.

If you like JB looking hot, check him out in Bridgerton S2!
