Pay Outside+ to watch Ironman on demand?

I wasn’t able to watch Oceanside this morning - but went to watch the stream later, and found out Outside makes you subscribe to watch the non-live stream version? Am I correct in this?

If so - super disappointing. PTO puts their races on YouTube so they’re super easy to access if you aren’t able to watch live.

I would not get it for this event. The coverage was marginal and if it’s just a repeat of the telecast this morning, so no worth it.

Yeah I’m not planning on paying. Just sucks it’s behind a paywall - why would the sponsors want less eyeballs??
