A shout-out to the ST braintrust for recognizing Peanut Butter Panda Puffs. Best cereal on Earth? YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT. Even better when crushed up on a mirror? I, UMMMMM, WOULDN’T KNOW.
To be serious, it really is an outstanding product that has been very important to me (as anyone who checks the blog knows) after a Celiac diagnosis. My 2 favorite products on Earth:
Yes, that is the birthday cake made by a very special lady* for my 22nd**.
*Probably his mom
**Yeah, right
Anyway, just wanted to point the awesomeness of PBPP (along with New Planet) for the uninitiated. Any other fans out there??
Yes! I actually inquired about a Nature’s Path Envirokidz product sponsorship, which is basically like a pothead being sponsored by a dispensary. I would have destroyed their profit margins
I mean, I feel as if my duties as a US citizen are being compromised with the names of their cereals. Koalas and Pandas are bears after all. And bears are the number one threat to America.
Perhaps I can tell the feds (and Stephen Colbert) that I’m actually a double agent behind enemy lines.
So where’s the best place to score me some of this nectar of the gods? Anyplace good to buy it in bulk?
I go thru cereal like Cassie goes thru warm girlie drinks.
Will stick w/ fully glutenized beer however. You have fun with that.

We get it at Whole Foods, never seen it in bulk. Amen on the beer
Love me some Panda Puffs. Also the Koala Crisp with chocolate almond milk is the bomb!
So true! The choclatey taste goes well. Sometimes I put some Chocolate whey protein into soymilk (or water if I’m especially poor that week) for a great mix.
Alright, I think I officially have a problem. Glad to know others share it. This thread is like rehab, except no one wants to quit
I lean toward leaping lemurs. Pnut butter and chocolate. Also gluten free.
This statement is credited. Granted, peanut butter AND chocolate??? Pick a side, we’re at war
Also, for anyone interested, here is the link to the Amazon page: http://www.amazon.com/...280274335&sr=8-2
It’s a savings of over a dollar per box. And I promise I don’t work for Nature’s Path. Background check and all…
My dear posting friend BK is mistaken. HE IS CERTAINLY NOT THE KING.
Amazon is the way to go. You can buy 3 25oz bags for 19 bucks (free shipping with Amazon Prime). Prepare to be overwhelmed by awesomeness
In this case, I’m delighted to be wrong :-). peanut butter panda puffs with chocolate soy milk used to be a nightly snack for me, sounds like it’s time to start that back up.
I think it is hilarious that cereal is being featured. And of course, Dave, you would be eating them because they are slowtwitch certified.
Being allergic to gluten must stink…I’m a vegetarian and I’ve tried some of those gluten-free “just-like-the-real-thing-but-not-even-close” cookies. They suck!
I think this screams a “What’s your favorite cereal?” thread…because we all can pound a whole box in one sitting!
“And of course, Dave, you would be eating them because they are slowtwitch certified.”
Maybe they are ST certified because I’m eating them. OR DID I JUST BLOW YOUR MIND
I didn’t know you were a vegetarian Justin! Any dietary restrictions are hard, but it is actually kind of fun to work around them. If nothing else, it encourages creative cooking (and low standards!). How long have you been vegetarian? Health, environmental, or other reasons? (oh, and you don’t have to answer anything if it’s personal)
