Is it still dark?
just wondering if “Dubya” effed up the start my moving daylight savings till after the event…I seem to recall it was dark in transition when i raced there when the time change had happened a week prior.
Weather.com says sunrise is 6:59 a.m. Good luck this weekend.
PCB is one of the 1st towns crossing over to CST so it’s light out very early. Conversely, unless you’re going <10hrs (+/-), you’re finishing in the dark.
There’s a bunch of webcams down there, so if you’re up tomorrow morning at 7am and want to see what it looks like, one of them is here.
I’ts plenty light out at 7 am here in Panama City Beach.
As for finishing in the dark, I kept close track last night; you’ll have up til 11:20 to finish in the light. I just want to be out of the park at that piont; those roads are unlit and a bitch to run in the dark.
