Pain Cave Guidance Needed

I need to move our treadmill and trainer out of the office into their own space. I’m going to invest in a shed with a big door and windows for ventilation in the summer, but am unsure how much space I will need. I’m sure there are STers out there that have their pain caves in pretty tight spaces. My main concern is headspace while running on the treadmill. How much headroom will I need to feel comfortable? The shed I have in mind will have a peaked roof, so I plan to try to get the treadmill more or less centered under the peak. I assume I do not need much head space on the trainer keeping in mind I will stand sometimes on the bike. I know I need to accommodate changing the incline, but I do not often do hill repeats on the treadmill going above 6-7% grade.

At 0% incline, my treadmill’s platform is about 9-10 inches high. I am 6’1" tall. I would guess the incline would add maybe another 6 inches. That comes to 7.4 feet. Would a 10 foot shed height be enough?

Thanks for the input.
