I will not be able to get in the pool for about 6 weeks. I can run, bike and strength train…just cant get into pools/hot tubs. What are some go to swim band workouts to at least keep some sort of swim shape so I don’t totally loose swim fitness. Just trying to minimize as much loss as I can!
I’m boring… But, I just do 40s to simulate a 50 lcy or 90s to simulate 100lcy. Then do normal sets of 50s and 100s on 15-20s rest.
I really like the Concept ski erg machine. I feel that has made me a stronger swimmer.
