my biggest detractors are gender and family health. HMM cant do anything about the family health and I am pretty sure I dont want to do anything about the gender thing
I’m with you. I “only” scored an 83 - mostly due to many family members with cancer. Oh well…better make the most of it!!
damn it…I only have 44 years left…better start living life while I can

Of course, all this is meaningless unless you keep chronic inflammation down…it’s all about inflammation, it seems these days: aging, chronic illness, you name it.
Yea baby, it says I’ll last until 95 or more. Since I’ll retire in four years at 60 that gives me 35 years to play!
I have until I’m 81 and I’m supposed to gain 9 pounds in order to be healthy. I wasn’t sure of a few answers so I used the defaults. Hopefully the right answers will add another 20-30 years.
damn. 98?! i can’t afford to live that long! maybe i’ll take up smoking pot, drinking more and not gain the recommended 10lbs to cut down some on that.
k
I’m supposed to live to 102. I swear, I’ll never be able to retire.
