Well sportsfans, I have a new core strengthening workout for you all to enjoy.
This past weekend I did the following, for a great core workout.

Arrange a Marlin Fishing Charter.

Go far out to sea, land is a buy distant memory
-
Time it for a medium to strong storm.

Sit on the hatch cover and try and stay on as long as you can. Hold on to anything you want coz it don’t make no difference, you’re comin off so be ready.

Bounce and lurch your way around the ocean dragging lures, hoping a y Marlin will be hungry just as you pass by.

After 5 days, you will have done the most awesome core workout ever imagined.

after 2 days on land, your eyeballs will stop ricochetting around in their sockets and you will again be able to focus and possibly even stand without holding onto things.
Go ahead, it’s only thousands of dollars and if you are really lucky, you might end up like me and…
I CAUGHT A 250LB MARLIN!!!.
(of course I tagged it and released it)
Now all I have to do is: kill a lion barehanded, climb Mount Everest, and bring my wife to multiple orgasm and I will truly be “Da MAN!”
Sorry, I know it’s OT, but I just had a really great weekend out in the middle of nowhere, havin’ a blast with friends, and catchin’ a big fish. Who knew it could be so much fun?
