Ortiz vs. Shamrock 3

Here comes another butt kicking for Ken.

Who will be watching tonight?

I agree. My hope is that the fight lasts longer than 1min.

Ken is stuck in the past when he was the man.

Andy

I will be watching, I am glad I do not have to pay for this one, I think it cost about $1 per second for the last fights PPV.

Its very dangerous when fighters like Shamrock stay around too long. He could get lucky and land a punch or two and win, but c’mon Ken, just retire before something unfortunate happens. Of course, you could render me brain dead with one strike… so go gettum!

Are they going to keep doing this until Ken wins???

What time tonight?

Ken was at the Tito/Forrest fight so maybe he learned a thing or two about how to fight Tito. I think forrest will take Tito next time they go.

Hopefully this will be the last one. I think interest has to be waning.

Thanks, I have been looking for that info. Does anyone know if the advertised start time is the start of the fighting or is there going to be an Hour of build up before the actual fights?

Obviously Tito/Ken will be near the end…probably could start it at about 9:58 and it would fit into the scheduled 2-hour broadcast.

They will at least be showing Kendall Grove, Matt Hammill and Ed Herman’s fights…how many others we get to see depends on the lengths of those, and how long the main event goes. My guess is that Ortiz/Old Codger will be slated to start around 9:30 or so…but that’s just a guess.

man, im in. i want to see the shamrock get busted up. even thought the last fight lasted about 10 seconds, the look on shamrocks face was priceless. mouth open and looking around like “what happened”

it will be interesting to see if the new guys are progressing, they are matched up against some no-names but anyone that gets in that ring is tough enough to be dangerous.

I loved the weigh in last night. Shamrock comes strolling in yucking it up with his milkshake and what looked to be a burger, laughing it up. ortiz comes in, does the weigh in, poses with a determined look on his face, answers a couple questions and is gone. Very focussed. Should be interesting.

Interesting.

Well, there ya have it. Yeah after that fight, Tito’s looking pretty determined. What do you think about Tito/Chuck?

at least they buried the hatchet.

Andy

Please retire Ken, please.

**Please retire Ken, please. **

Yeah what’s up with that? I thought he was planning on this being it for a while now…then he was kind of like, I wanted to keep an open mind…did he actually say he was done?

I read on one of the ufc type sites there was a report from a local paper saying this was it, not sure if it was accurate. One thing I wasn’t aware of is that he has only 1? win since his comeback from a wrestling stint coupled with a 1-3 record fighting in Japan. Ouch.

Maybe this time he’ll figure it out. I doubt it, Tito wins again.

I was EXTREMELY impressed Jason MacDonald. His ground game was first rate.

And Tito and Jenna Jameson? Ewwww.

matt Hamill has absolutely no stand up game at all. If he meets a real striker with a ground game, he will get hurt quite badly in my opinion. His jabs take about 5 minutes from start to end. If he meets a quick striker like Kendall it will be ugly. Sure he is a great wrestler but he better learn the other stuff really fast.
