I have a Retul V1 system that has suddenly stopped working. The unit will not initialize/boot up. It happened a couple of months ago, so I replaced an internal 2032 3V battery, and it worked fine until the other day. The unit was also sent in to Retul a number of years ago for the same problem. Retul has stopped repair service on the V1 system due to lack of spare part availability. They will not return my calls or emails about this. So, do any of you have any ideas? I will, for now, use my Dartfish system. Thanks.
