Wondering if anyone has experimented with or knows of expert feedback regarding Optigen HP supplementation in the off season. I think it’s a great product, and aside from the cost benefit, is there a physiological benefit to tapering off it during lighter training periods? Or, if I can swing it, should I take it year round without interruption? One of my friends went cold turkey after an IM and had what she described as ‘wicked’ withdraw symptoms. Hoping some nice Slowtwitchers will help shed light on this topic.
