How long is it good for? The date on the bottle says July 2025. But is that for an unopened bottle? Does it matter?
We bought it last Christmas. Would you still drink it?
Put it in the fridge after you open it and it should be fine.

I buy the Kirkland and Five Farms and just leave in the fridge next to the Amarula
I’d drink it because the alcohol kills most things and technically doesn’t need to be refrigerated

It’s fine. It will slowly lose flavor given the very low proof. Keep refrigerated once opened.
Your Baileys is fine.
If you leave an opened bottle of Baileys unrefrigerated for a long time, it will turn into the devil’s jelly, starting with a protective cap of sorts on top of the remaining liquid.
You do not want to drink the jelly or anything underneath it.
You will also feel homicidal if a fellow bartender who’s a fucking idiot from Ohio named Kyle is doing stocktake and assumes that it’s empty because he can’t hear sloshing, so he just chucks the bottle into an open plastic crate in the stockroom, where it shatters and covers the entire stockroom floor and a good portion of boxes and other good stock with spoiled Baileys, especially when he “doesn’t notice” and just clocks out immediately afterwards.

Used to manage a liquor store. Even refrigerated wouldnt recommend more than 6 months. It may be ok, but that is your call. Take a couple of good shots one night. If you dont wake.up with screaming bowel dysfunction you are probably fine.
