I bought a pair in medium, used them twice in training (with a speedo underneath) and quickly came to realization that I needed to buy a large (which I did). I put the mediums in my bag at home and my wife not recognizing the difference between these and the size large I always wear, has washed them about 5 times so the OOMPH! logo has worn off a bit.
As far as sizing, if you are over 165 pounds don’t even think of wearing these. I would say they are made for 140-160lbs guys ideally. They have the cool side pockets for storage. I used the size large for IMLP and it really works well. They retail for $65. I’ll sell for $25 + $3 for shipping.
