On days where you missed your workout... (nutrition)

Do you eat as normal or do you reduce your caloric intake?

1 lb = 3500 calories.

If you eat +1500 calories or -1500 calories… how much could it matter in the grand scheme of things?

I reduce my caloric intake on rest days.

I try to, but I usually end up actually increasing due to poor discipline.

I don’t count calories but I usually just listen to my body, If I am hungry then I eat. On rest days, I tend to get very hungry and keep eating all day long. I think my body is just trying to recover.

Same here. Sometimes I think I’m eating out of boredom and I’m bored because I’m not training.

This is a off training day for me, except for run. I just finished Taco Bell and eating a beef burito, cinnamon twists, Large Pepsi and two cheese rolls. I actually almost never eat this. But don’t we train hard so we can eat like this?

But who actually wants to eat that?

I thought I did today. But now I definitely wish I had not. The problem for me is that I eat so little now that any time I eat much I feel terrible. I do have a tough time figuring out how I am able to train on so little. Yet I am really not loosing a ton of weight. But the scale has been broken the last 1 1/2 so I am excited to see what I do weigh once I fix it.

Are you trying to lose some fat?

Sorry, don’t understand your question…what is this missing workout thing of which you speak?
