Can anyone tell me how many calories are in the Gatorade bottles they hand up at IM events? My assumption is around 20 ounces at around 40 cals/ 8 oz, so about 100 cals per bottle. Can anyone confirm?
They are 24oz bottles of endurance.
Follow up question…do they give out bottles of Gatorade/water on the run or little Dixie cups of Gatorade/water etc

I’m doing the Slowtwitch test of the new formula and it almost drinks like water, except it’s not. good stuff as far as I’m concerned (and I’m south of I10)
At WTC events, I haven’t seen bottles of anything on the run, just cups of water, Gatorade, Coke, Red Bull, etc. The one exception was last year at IM CDA they handed out water bottles near special needs.
