I know of two and both are outdoor…Steiner Aquatic and Alta Canyon Recreation Center.

Did you check the Univ of Utah? I swam there a few years ago but don’t really remember if it was SCY or LCM.
I’ve sawm at Stiener when traveling myself. last yr I was staying more to the south & found several places to swim. Can’t remember them off hand. But the place I went to was a mile or so from a Costco & near a big high school complex was nice big & reasonably priced with long hrs. some other places I looked at
