Can you folks recommend some good sources for an Oly training plan? This is my third season. I’ve got a good base from training for Wildflower and am really gunning to put all three legs together in one Olympic distance race. In previous efforts I’ve always run out of gas on the run - most spectacularly at Mrs. T’s last year (PR on the bike and practically crawled the last mile)…
Anyway, I’ve always found tons of good training schedules on the web for IM and 1/2 IM but haven’t had as much luck on the Olympic distance. Any leads would be appreciated.
Oh yeah, the target race is September 7.
