Oldest Pros?

Anyone know the ages of some of the oldest guys and gals still throwing down with the young guns?

Karen Smyers is still racing in her mid-40s.

Dave Harju is getting up there. Not sure of his age though. If I remember correctly, he is on the start list at IMLP.

Joe Boness… In his 50’s. Wins in Florida…

Fernanda Keller is like 44 yo or more and just won IM Brazil.

Dave Scott still races in the pro category at 54 I believe, so that is probably the oldest. Last I heard Rob Barel was racing pro into his late 40’s, and he should be about 50 now. I think he went to the olympics at 45… Someone said Joe Bonness, but he races AG, not pro. My buddy Tim SHeeper still races pro at around 45, Smyers is 45+…That’s all I know over 45, there are a bunch in the 40 to 44 range. Natasha, Fernanda, Michelle, and a half dozen or so men…

LOL! Not that Joe would mind be called a “pro”, he races AG only

How about Tom Evans? 39

Yeah, I thought of that after I posted, but then the OP question was who was throwing down with the young guys, so I figured an overall winner in his 50’s qualified.

The guy is a freak of nature, for sure.

OMG…what about Dimitry Gaag in ITU races, how old is he now, and wasn’t he World Champion in 1999?
