Old Wildflower results

Anyone have Wildflower half results from 1994, 1996, or 1997? I would like to know my splits. I’ve been trying to “comeback” the last couple of years, but I have no idea what I was doing before. Pre-internet results seem to be hard to find. I think I was top 20 AG in 1994. 96 I was 7th pro and 97 12th pro.

I would also like my splits from 1996 Muncie (35th pro?, ITU website only goes to 30th!!) and 1/2 Vineman 1992 and 1995.

thanks for any help

That is a great website. I found that for Powerman Alabama 1998 I was a whopping 2 seconds faster than in 1997…

Athlinks is “still waiting” for the old results. This thread was started a few years ago… does anyone know where the old results might be found?

I have 1996 results here you go.
7th Pro men: Greg Thompson 4:19:37 age 22 swim 25:24:00 3rd, t1 1:27, bike 2:26:03 8th, T2 1:14, run 1:25:28 11th

hi - i will look for your results - i was at that race, and i am sure i have the results. i was hoping to pick up a kona slot but got beat by a few seconds ripping my hamstring on the downhill finish by some really fast dude. Peter something. i will see if i can find the results for you.

Wow. People on this forum don’t give up. Thank you. My “comeback” is over, but its nice to see my old times!

Old thread…Michael, what year were you at WF. I missed a Kona slot in our age group (30-34) by 8 seconds in the 1996 race. You must have been there another year. No way I was even in the same time zone as you and Pete Kane or Peter Park…those guys were blazing fast. I think Peter Park went sub 9 in Kona in 93 if that the guy you are referring to.

Would you be able to pull for 1998 mountain bike triathlon? This was my first! I remember finishing 4th or 5th. My borrowed wetsuit broke and my T1 was something like 10 minutes because the zipper was malfunctioning.
