No way I would ride down it;
Every year when we drive up to Yosemite via Old Priest Grade, I always think about how awesome (and challenging) it would be to ride it. Then I see the cars coming around the blind corners where there’s a very slim margin for error and think otherwise.

My grandparents live down the road just off the top of the mountain. So did a ride from home to there place, up OPG and down NPG. Think it was w/ a 39-25 (which I would not do again), pushed super hard up it, basically a 20min test, got to the top and was dry heaving over the handle bars for a bit.
I have yet to go up it again, but have been back up NPG a few more times.
There is a video out there of guys on plastic tricycles descending it, pretty crazy!
There used to be a stage race for juniors that had a tt up that climb.
Going up on the bike would be epic!
