Assuming if I want to mount 1 piece extensions (tri rig) to an a3 setup that I would need to use the asc pro aero bar bracket and angle shims⦠or just stick with the stock wing ultimate bracket and leave the extension hole emptyā¦
Itās not recommended to use parts that havenāt been tested to PD standards. There are no aftermarket parts approved for use with the A3 risers.
do you have any bolt charts for a3 risers with a very big rise? and do you sell any risers over 40mm?
40mm is the tallest riser
The longest bolts available currently are 100mm, but 105, 110, 115, 120mm will be released soon. That kit will come with a 20mm riser to add on the top of the existing A3 high riser kit.
The bolt charts linked above are the only ones.
Piles of A3 BTA Bridges getting mounted on header cards by the hardworking packaging team, ready to ship out in the next week or so
Already have a wolftooth bottle rail to move the mounting points back to a reasonable position
Eventually that rail will break under the load of two bottles, have seen it happen and happened to me as well.

Any idea where i can source the following in Australia / NZ? Profile Design Aerobar Armrest Pad Wedges - 2.5 Degree
Iām trying to fit some Tri-rig scoops onto my ASC 43 aerobars and this looks like the only option.
Unfortunately neither Au nor NZ distributors have ordered those yet. So there isnāt a way to get them locally. I donāt know whether there are any online stores that can ship outside their territories.
Probably looking at 4mths best case scenario before any might turn up in Oceania.
@Tripro
Any chance you still have extra riser kits for the Aeria (V1). Been looking high and low for these but canāt find anything still in stock.
Planning to recycle my Aeria Evo basebar on my wifeās new bike. But I canāt find the risers and bridge that came woth the basebar.
Thanks.
Yes, iām pretty sure i still have a bunch of Aeria Evo, which are different from the Aeria Ultimate, but i have both. Aeria Evo just less, how much do you need?
Jeroen
This is the v1, right?
Probably 5s and 10s (if that is avaialble). Not sure yet how much stack is needed as I am in the process of bulding the bike for my wife and then getting her a bike fit after.
Yes, these are Aeria Evo spacers.

BTA now available according to profile design fb.. but does anyone know where to buy in EU?
They landed in the USA a few days ago. Arriving at the warehouse in Germany today.
If youāre in Denmark? the distributor there hasnāt ordered any yet. If you contact the EU manager he can let them know there is interest in their territory Contact Us ā Profile Design EU
Otherwise Iām sure theyāll start showing up in the online stores soon.
Great. Yes, based in Denmark, but Iām happy to buy from anywhere within EU.
If they arrived in Germany we will have them probably next week or so.
Jeroen
Just an FYI on the A3 BTA bridge, they are incompatible with any TriRig risers as those are designed to be used with a āstandard 63mm bottle cage spacingā while the BTA bridge has a āstandard 64mm bottle cage spacingā
