The Oakland Triathlon Club in California is looking for, competitive female triathletes between the ages of 19 and 35 to round out an elite team roster. Interested athletes should be from Oakland or the Bay Area.

We have one spot available for the 2014 season. Most of the events we are doing are Olympic distance, but, we will entertain those who want to race at the longer distances.

Benefits include:

Paid entry into races
Cash incentives for podium appearances
Free uniforms
Free coaching/programming
USAT membership (if not a current member)

I’m in the Bay Area and I’ve never heard of the Oakland Triathlon Club?

They just started up this summer. Check them out on Facebook - seems like a really supportive group! (edited to add) → Supportive, meaning, your experience would be a valuable asset to the newbies, which seem plentiful. And also supportive, since they’re offering to pony up some serious coin.
