Brian Shea from Personal Best Nutrition. Brain was part of the Jersey Shore Slowtwitch roadshow last year giving the nutritional presentation. Has worked with everyone from AG to IM World Champions. Posts here sometimes. He’s not in Montclair, but not too far (Monmouth county area)
