Nutrition Question (12)

Quick Question… I’m new to the sport of Triathlon, but my weekly totals are starting to add up and I am starting to have some nutrition concerns. Long story short, I’m feeling a bit run down, and I’m sure part of it is just the fact that my miles are starting to add up but I want to make sure I’m at least eating well.

So, after a workout, what percent of my calories burned should I be trying to replace after a workout?

I’m far from a nutritionist, but you’re going to have to give some more info.

there is no specific percentage as you can only digest and eat a finite amount of food. after longer workouts I go for 20 grams of protein and 50 grams of carbs along with a bit of good fat. then i get a meal about an hour after that.
