Does anyone have any recommendations for a triathlon focused swim coach in the NOVA area? Preferably Alexandria or nearby. Think I’m about ready to get the help I so desperately need. Thanks!
If it were me, I’d contact 2 people and be willing to make the drive.
I’d contact Kevin aka Kevin in MD and I’d contact Dave Luscan with finding freestyle.
Kevin might be slow to respond since he just had or is about to have back surgery. Give him a week or so.

Thanks for the shout out DD. Finding Freestyle 12 week program is wholly contained online as well s live classes in Richmond. We’ve had great success with the online approach.
