Normatec troubleshooting please help!

Hi I just purchase the Normatec pulse pants about 2 weeks ago and the pump seems to have a problem. Yesterday everything was fine and today, nothing is working. The unit doesn’t show anymore the time and the ‘‘pressure’’ preference. I only see the blue pants with a small sign of Normatec pulse. I didn’t even move the unit since yesterday. Anyone knows if there’s a reset button or something I can do? I have a race tomorrow and was hoping to have fresh legs for racing.

Try unscrewing the panel that covers the battery on the bottom of the unit. Takes a small Phillips head screw driver.

Do a hard reset by disconnecting the battery (while the unit is unplugged). Then reconnect the battery.

If that doesn’t do it, give customer service a call - they were very responsive when I had an issue with my pulse unit.
