No help from Saris with my H3

I had been training on a Wahoo Kickr for almost a year, when the bluetooth connection failed. After talking to Wahoo customer service and trying several things they offered to replace it under guarantee which was great, but since im in Chile getting a new one would take anywhere from 1 to 2 months. So I shipped it to them, and went to search for a replacement, and bought the only one I found 4 weeks ago, a Saris H3.

It has a knocking sound that comes and goes, it might last 20 minutes or an hour and goes away only to come back 4 or 5 days later. I have emailed Saris 10 times with no answer from them, except the standard reply…Thank you for contacting Saris…

But no one has answered my emails.

I have tried calibrating the H3 several times, the firmware is the latest version. It is level and has not been moved.

I do not know what else to do…

I uploaded a short vid of how it sounds when it starts knocking…https://youtu.be/7e2pNgN9qsw

The only good thing is my Kickr will be in house in 10 days.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Mind did it and eventually…it just quit doing it! I probably have 7500 miles on mine? Approximately.

Saris customer service is usually great. I’ve had about 4 requests go their way for an issue with a lifetime warranty bike rack that’s not not usable. Not a single inquiry answered by them for me either! :frowning:

Try calling them? Their customer service is commonly excellent.

I tried today but got a machine…
