I had the first iteration of the NIKE Caldera hiking shoe, in this exact blue & purple colorway
I just remembered: mine had black/blue/purple laces, not plain brown; I forget if they came that way, or if I modded them up, somehow?

My gawd that dudebro is so very punchable - I am actively put off of even considering anything ACG or Nike for purchase

Those vintage ACG colorways really have a unique aesthetic that’s hard to find in modern gear. It wouldn’t surprise me if you swapped the laces to match the accents; lace swapping was a pretty common way to personalize those 90s outdoor kits. It’s cool to see these designs making a comeback.
