Nike 360 Shoe Flat

Hello All,

My left Nike 360 got punctured by a thorn and and went flat.

I thought I might just use it that way as it did not seem too much different, although if I tried I could bottom out the flatted one with a solid heel strike.

After two days my left leg hurt and I took them back to Road Runner http://www.roadrunnersports.com/rrs/ here in San Diego.

Road Runner swapped them out for new ones with a smile and the comment that they had seen several returns with flats and delaminations on the sole.

I plan to be careful not to run on surfaces with nails, sharp rocks, thorns, etc.

These Nike 360’s have been great training shoes, soft ride for my joints, and VERY stable feeling. I am hoping that Nike will not discontinue the line because of the fragility of the shoes.

Cheers,

Neal

I’ve wondered about how often that would happen. I wear the 360’s as well, and though mine are still “inflated”, I’m wearing through the outsole at the left toe-off area (first pair of Nike’s that’s happened to in a long time). I blew out several of the old Vortex models though.

RRS seems to have a very liberal policy for returns.
