Newton customer support

I’m hooked. The shoes have been great, and I’ve posted about durability issues that I’ve had. Well, I contacted them, and a couple of weeks later I have a new pair of shoes, with plenty of communication to make sure I got what I needed, what was being sent, and when it was being sent. They also included a return label for my old shoes to return. I’m a customer for life. I hope you enjoy the same experiences, there’s nothing like a company that cares about their customers in this day and age, it shows their commitment to their product and customers.

seems suspect that you would need customer support for a product that has no moving parts thought right?

You thought they wore out too fast and they sent you some new ones? Bad sewing job? The lugs wore really fast? What was the issue?

I will admit I have no idea as to if the customer support for asics, saucony etc is any good or even if they have any. They are sneakers, assuming the kids in the sweat shop do a decent job they are fine til I wear them out :wink:

FWIW I am not a Newton hater and kinda liked the two pair I bought and wore out. Did not like them 170 plus shipping.

No, lugs didn’t wear out, they tore on the outside of right shoe, with the new ones sent, it seems they have new construction that would solve the problem. They are still more comfortable than any other shoe I have purchased recently, and after knee surgery, I guess I don’t mind spending some extra coin on something that won’t kill my knees as quickly.
