New Silca floor pump - $450

The improvement in PSI accuracy combined with careful field testing has the potential to provide more performance benefit than custom frames, carbon bars, gruppos, and maybe even aero road helmets.

just saying
No. Let’s say your standard pump is off 5% as claimed. So instead of 100 PSI you have, at worst, 95 PSI. Let’s say this pump is 100% accurate and you have 100 PSI. Do you really think a 5 PSI difference makes for more than an aero helmet? You probably save less than 0.5w with a PSI difference that low. What if the pump was off by 5% in the other direction? Then you would have 105 PSI, and so buying the shitty pump would in fact make you faster than the gold pump.

In any case, here is an easy fix: pump your tires to the listed max for every race. Do that and you will experience even less loss than you would get with the high end pump, and that can be done with any $40 pump.
