I’m a new member here, and just picked up this Javelin Vintage frame, I’m trying to ID exactly what model it is? I’m guessing this is 90s era production? Are these desirable frames for vintage bike restorers (I’m not sure many people would ride an older frame like this nowadays). Thanks for any help you can give me, Chris….

I believe that is a steel frame. Probably from1995 or 96. I remember seeing one on the course at the 1999 Ironman Florida and thought that it was a super cool looking bike!
Found one more that looks like yours -
This one is larger (look at the head tube). Understand that a frame like this is only good for Triathlon - is is not legal for TT races. IF It Fits You, it would certainly make for an interesting project.

Scott Warren ,the founder, let me ride one of the prototypes when I was living in Little Rock, AR back around 93 or 94. It was fast!! Back then we were riding road bikes with aero extensions. I begged him to let me ride it at Memphis in May but he declined. They weren’t in production yet. That frame is from 94 to 95 Vintage.
