We bought a new sealy this year. I think top of the line. It cost more than my first 5 cars (not combined) but it is awesome.
Like almost everything else, I get mine delivered from Costco. Easy returns if you don’t like it.

Firm memory foam that meets your budget. I think ours is a sealy, rotate quarterly and no sag issues. Even at hotels where they have nice matresses, getting home is the shiz, love that matress.
We are on our second Stearns and Foster. I really can’t sleep anywhere else without wanting my own bed back. Worth every penny.
Anyone have tempurpedic or purple?
We have a Tempurpedic Cool Breeze. By far my favorite mattress I’ve ever had. Takes a few nights to get used to it but have loved it since.
As another poster said when we travel to places that have nice beds getting home to sleep in this bed again feels so much better.

Mattress
Serta, Black Diamond. Ours is about 10 years old now. Still has kept it’s shape. Most comfortable mattress we’ve had. Cost us about $4000 but has been well worth it. The mattress is thick/tall. Fitted sheet fits okay. Some fitting barely fit, but we can’t find a top sheet that we can tuck in on both sides. I can tuck my side in but my wife’s side only hangs over the side 2-3". Seems no matter whose sheets we buy the top sheet always seems too small.
Of the home delivery mattress companies I’ve had a Tuft&Needle classic, Casper One, and Casper Hybrid.
T&N is lower cost but super high quality, I had no complaints. Its firmer than most foam mattresses but I liked it a lot. I would still sleep on it sometimes even when we got the King because I preferred it to the hybrid.
Upgraded to a Casper Hybrid King which was good but softer, then changed to the Casper One which is really nice so far. Casper actually has showrooms around so you can try out the different models to find which you like.
We just bought a Helix and it’s awesome. Easy process and shipped to our front door. The mattress is insanely comfortable.
We have a sleep number bed. It’s prob 5-6 years old but it’s really nice. It’s nice that we can each pick what firmness we want. We dont have any of the moving headrest/footrest.
