The first one is for the Operations Manager for De Soto:
OPERATIONS MANAGER:
POSITION: This is a full-time position during normal business hours of 8:00 to 5:00. This person is in charge of the shop and all that happens each day, week, and month.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Hiring, training and managing all employees.
Helping retail accounts and customers with questions regarding products and services we offer.
Overseeing daily processing and tracking of orders prior to, during, and after shipping.
Overseeing, processing and servicing warranty and guarantee issues
Management and distribution of company documents, literature, marketing materials.
Executing sales and marketing strategies.
Travel once or twice per year to trade shows.
Overseeing all aspects of company operations.
RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate is a person who is organized, works well under pressure and with others, learns concepts fast, and articulates well on the phone and in person. Some simple computer are skills necessary. Work experience in the triathlon industry is preferable, but not required.
