Ironman just did a complete refresh of their website in the last few days (at least I think that new). I can’t find the web based athlete tracking anymore. It directs you to downloading the tracker app which I already use. When I’m at my computer I much prefer the web browser version to track, especially tracking multiple people. Can I just not find it or is it gone?
I went directly to the rtrt.me website, they are the underlying service in Ironman’s app and these are the first two features listed:

Thanks, but the hyperlink for Web Tracker & Leaderboard doesn’t show - nor can I find it in a google search.
Why is IM making it hard (impossible?) to follow live data on a desktop?
Agreed, it doesn’t make sense, especially since they previously had desktop tracking.
I checked Sportstats website and nothing showing up on the leaderboard or watch list, at least for Cozumel. Will check for AZ in a little bit.

I started the whining thread the last time they changed to the more current web-based version which was just the app (enlarged) so I am not surprised. In addition, they nuked all their Google links in the process for quick searching too. I was excited to see how my peers were doing today at Ironman Cozumel, but I don’t need to use my phone anymore than I do. I guess computer users have become an afterthought.

Thanks. I was wanting to track some friends at IM AZ and everywhere I looked on the website kept directing me to download the app or go to Facebook live.
I ran into the same problem this morning but finally stumbled into it. You actually need to click the red button on the IMAZ registration page that says “SOLD OUT” then you click the button that says “See your finish”. Then you will get the tracker page. So if you’re just checking in on a friend you’ll definitely think of clicking those buttons…

They’ve also put in a web form for customer support, so they can just ignore you or close your case without fixing anything, similar to how they flatly ignore emails. It’s impressive.

It’s worse than you describe.
With the old site, I liked that I was able to view the pro start lists for upcoming races - can’t seem to find that anywhere now. Did they do away with that too?
