I am interested to hear the opinion everyone has of negative heel running, or if anyone has even heard of it.
Tighter thighs, stronger core, better posture, blah blah blah…just run.
i run with a barefoot running style. look up that and chi running and see what you think. after switching my legs feel much better after a long run and my knees dont hurt anymore.
When I run trails or in rain I use my negative heel shoes. My feet are too flat to run barefoot (I get really bad shin splints) but I am getting those Vibram Fivefingers shoes so maybe that’ll help. I already sorta run chi style, but I don’t like everything that chi running teaches.
