Need swimming location in downtown Denver

Denver peeps. Will be in downtown Denver for a few days. Would like to find a pool downtown. Would rather not have to rent a car to go out to the burbs…

I guess if there was a great place just outside of town for OWS then I might rent a car for that.

I know about the find a place to swim website. Looking for some recs from people on ST.

I think there’s a Y and Denver Athletic Club downtown. Or you could take the light rail to DU’s pool very easily.

Fellow Indy guy, but living in Denver right now… I swim at Denver University swimming pool. Great facility. Google it and check it out to see if you can get a few sessions there.

There are ows at Chatfield rez and Grant Ranch that you can drop in on. Don’t know much about Chatfield, but Grant is M, W, F, Sat and Sun. You can go to Milehighmultisport.com for more info.

The pool at the Denver Athletic Club in the Tabor center is cool, its a saltwater pool and its rarely busy. If you want an Olympic sized pool, congress park is great, its only $3.50 for an all day pass.
