I always use this one. It’s pretty slick.

I like to use MS Paint.
I use MB Ruler. http://www.markus-bader.de/MB-Ruler/ . It worked great on getting my bike fit to where I needed it.
The best software for all that stuff is Siliconcoach
Yeah, its a heavy hit to the pocketbook, but the shit you can do!
There is a free trial (40 days I think) if you only want to use it once. But once you use it, you will want it.
I saw a killer demo of it last wek at the olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. It’s on my Xmas list now!

Kinovea

Also allows static lines in videos for knee tracking, running bounce, etc. Super easy to use.
+1 on Kinovea. My only complaint is lack of live video capture (ala Dartfish), but I guess they are working on it.
NIH’s ImageJ. It was designed with microscopy in mind, but I’m sure you could use it to measure angles in any image…I’ve only used it for SEM images but it should work just fine. Pros: Free and easy to use!
Thank your federal government for providing freeware like this - finally, your tax dollars pay off…
You can always print of a photo and measure with a protractor. I’m sure its just as accurate.
You can measure angles with the tool: http://www.imagemeasurement.com there is a free & a trial version.
Weird, somebody just mentioned this iphone app over on tritalk - ubersense. Worth looking at.
Ubersense is great and free!
ditto the last comment, ubersense is awesome! little difficult to use though on your iphone but if you have an ipad its great.
