Need run course gps file for escape from Alcatraz

Anyone have a good gps file for the escape from alcatraz run? I want to download it and load it in my garmin.

Thanks, I got into the lottery and I am going to SF for a work trip this week so I was going to run the run portion wed morning. Thanks i could not figure it out from looking at google earth so thank you!

It can be a little tricky up on the trails above the GG Bridge. If you can go around 8, I’ll run it with you.
