Need a program to help with planning training

I am terrible at Excel - I wold think this would work work in Excel.
Looking for a easy program to plan a week at a time. It would have room for S-B-R, plus any other like strength training. It would add up planned minutes per week on an ongoing basis as you are preparing the weeks training.

Is this out there? And…for free?
I know ST has a similar feature. But I would like it on my machine, not internet based.

I developed a spreadsheet that I use just for that reason… and to show any graphs I wanted. Of course… it was developed over the past 4 years…
