Nashville Chiropractor and Massage Recommendation

Hey folks, can I get a recommendation for a tri friendly/knowledgeable chiropractor?

I’m also looking for a good deep tissue masseuse. … could be paired with the chiropractor or not.

West Nashville would work best but not required.

Thanks!

I go to Dr. Doug Williamson at Chiropractic First in Cool Springs. Not in West Nash, but I’m out by the airport and the drive to Franklin is worth it for me. He does adjustments and therapy when necessary, and he has a massage therapist working with/for him, Kylie, who does good work as well. He works will all types–nonathletes, kids, athletes, and endurance athletes (I’m an Ironman/distance runner/elite cyclist).

They don’t have a good website, so I guess FB is the best place for information, or just calling. Here’s their FB page.

check out Josh Renkens website. You can get a combo there as he is a chiro who specializes in ART. He’s in Green Hills.

For massage, Dale Parker with Athletic Performance Massage. He is downtown on. Church St.

If you want a quick, in and out adjustment, Dr. chad McClellan with Nashville Chiropractic. He understands what we do very well and dabbles in endurance sports. He is in Berry Hill.

If you want a more detailed, full body, imbalances plus excercises approach, then Dr. Jason Hulme in Hendersonville with Active Spine and Joint Center. I find Jason’s approach one of the best i have encountered in 15 years, multiple cities and states.
