Nashbar parts?

I bought some Nashbar brand tools from their site before, and they got here fast and work just as well as anything else. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with their branded parts, namely cassettes, freewheels, and chains. It’s all advertised as Shimano compatible, and runs about 40-50% cheaper than the Shimano prices. First assumption is you get what you pay for, so can anyone speak for their components?

I have a set of the Nashbar Look compatible pedals. They are lighter then most Looks and much cheaper, but the bearings aren’t near as smooth. That said, I have them on my race bike not my training bike.

I’ve got some pedals, a stem and some cranks. Everything is great, but keep in mind it’s not Dura Ace level or even close.

I’ve used nashbar BB remover tool, bottom bracket, cassette, and chains. I haven’t had any complaints with them after thousands of miles. The bearings are some of the smoothest I have felt and good durability. I’m not sure if the shift ramps are similar though.

I got some Nashbar parts - cassettes, chains, pedals, tools, etc. It’s not always made of the finest materials and it’s not always the lightest but it’s fully functional and reliable. I wouldn’t use them on a carbon Colnago - that would be embarrasing. But for a budget build, training bike, project bike, lower priced machine, etc they are perfect.
