Does anyone have a good place that I could order a custom name sticker for my bike? I would like to have my name on my bike. I noticed that Tom D. had his name on his P3C and I would like to find something similar to what he had (i.e. simple and unobtrusive).
Victory Circle Graphics.
Google them.

Fast reply! Thanks I’ll check it out

If you don’t like that, I know that my LBS has a display for someone that does them, and IIRC it’s somewhere in the neighborhood of $10 for a name. I can stop by and get you the info later today if need be, just drop me a PM.

Exactly: Victory Circle. Here they are:
These guys did the name decals for Discovery Channel team bikes and bunch of other teams. You buy a bunch on a sheet and put them on your bike, your aero helmet, race wheels, whatever… They look pro.
Now, for added style points arrange the name with your first name normally and your last name all upper case. For some reason- I dn’t know why, this is the way you often see Formula 1 driver’s names listed on the lap clocks and pro cyclist’s names listed on rosters on their their top tube decals. It’s a Euro thing. Totally pro…
tom, how do you like that saddle?
If you are ever in Chicago, I have a guy that hand paints them. He’s an old school pin striper and does some pretty amazing stuff.
It’s OK, but only OK. It is nice and light and just barely tolerable. When I am doing a really hard effort and the force of pedalling seems to remove a little pressure from the saddle it is pretty decent and getting better- I am getting used to it. It is not as comfortable as my Profile Tri Stryke, which was less than half as expensive. The Tri Stryke is a good bit heavier though, doesn’t look as cool.
“Victory Circle Graphics.”
x2.
I’ve used these guys a couple of times. They are out of Minn some where, quick turnaround.

Your flag is on backwards.
The field should be forward.
Thats a military thing.
- 1 for Victory Circle. I like the transparent background stickers. You can’t even tell they’re stickers on the bike - they really make your nike look custom.
I used a Brother P-Touch lable machine

Tom, does that sticker have a solid black background? Seems like they have that and white. Not so good if you have, say, a blue bike.
EDIT - Actually, it looks like they may have clear. The site is being overrun with Slowtwitchers and it’s too slow right now to tell!

When I was in the Boy Scouts were were taught the flag’s union (stars) should be at the top, to the flag’s own right, and to the observer’s left… so just like his sticker… that’s changed?

No, he is referring to military patches which are “backwards”. Also, it depends on if the flag is vertical, horizontal, suspended, on a casket, if we are displaying it with other nations, both at peace and at war, etc etc etc…

Very cool Tom…thanks. I just ordered the “Euro” way except with the State Flag…now my bike will have the BLING!
I’ve used these guys. Very affordable and super fast turnaround.
