I drink these drinks offen and they say they contain no added sugar, just the fructose found in the fruit that they use. I am just wondering if anyone else drinks these drinks (especially the green Superfood) and if they are healthy. I know that they are little heavy on the calories but just wondering if anyone else drinks them and if it is a good alternative to eating fruit.
I’ll drink an Odwalla from time to time, but I really love their bars. I’m not a big fan of juices for the most part. Mainly, it’s because I believe that you get more nutrients and fiber from eating fruit than drinking fruit juice. Also, I would think that these are better for you than the so called healthy smoothies in a bottle that are packed with HFCS and other crap.
